Hello, my loves & welcome back to the podcast!

Today, my sweet friend Abbie & I talk about functional nutrition, women's hormones, periods, menstrual cycles and more to really help you feel more aware of the changes your body goes through throughout the month and how NORMAL these changes really are!

From being hungry for only chocolate to having a high sex drive to feeling more or less confident in our own skin, our emotions as women are very much so linked to our hormone levels, which change constantly throughout the month, and being aware of this is so empowering to women because you're not 'crazy' you may just be on a certain segment of your monthly cycle and we wanna talk about that!

Find Abbie and all her amazing knowledge around fertility, women's hormones, cycle syncing & more!!
