Erin Ryan is a great host, and the other rotating cast members all bring their own humour, stories, and perspectives to this really engaging show. I know it's overused but truly having these women speak about socially and culturally relevant topics makes me feel *seen* in a way not a lot of other media does.

Just a little too uncritically HETERONORMATIVE. Erin & Alyssa: smart, informed, funny. Frequently get excellent guests doing amazing work. Their tendency towards gender essentializing & pretty narrow view of American womanhood as baseline heterosexual, makes the show feel foundationally regressive. They'd do well to queer up their content: question some of their assumptions.
