Shea Belsky is an autistic self-advocate and changemaker. He is the former Chief Technology Officer of Mentra, a hiring platform for neurodivergent jobseekers to seek gainful employment from neuroinclusive organizations. Shea brings several unique perspectives to supporting neurodivergent people: that of being a manager, mentor, and individual contributor.
