Eric is a coach, athlete, author, educator and most currently researcher in the field of strength & conditioning along with nutrition. Eric has taught undergraduate and graduate level nutrition and exercise science and speaks at fitness & nutrition conferences around the world.
Eric is heavily involved in powerlifting and bodybuilding, so has very good understanding of how to get people into strong and into shape. Eric’s currently doing his PhD in strength in conditioning in Auckland, New Zealand, along with working for 3dmusclejourney as a coach.
