In today's episode, I ask that you reach out to others for two broad reasons - to check up on your loved ones regularly especially during this difficult time and also to ask for help when you need it. 

I know that in our North American culture, asking for help might not be as comfortable as you would like but it is worth it. You are worth it. In this episode, I gave suggestions on how to actually ask for the help that you need. It works.
