Phil Heller serves as the lead pastor at Crossroads Christian Church in Evansville, Indiana, which is also my home church. Aside from being just an all-around good dude, Phil is a tremendous man of God who returned to the church where he started his ministry, this time about 20 years later as the lead pastor. He was hired less than a year after the previous lead pastor was fired, and he talks about how he navigated the process of knowing it was the right job, along with the sensitivity of taking over as pastor at a church still healing from the split. He talks about issues facing the church today and what his vision is for Crossroads. He's just a really good guy. If you need to reach me at all, visit www.coleclaybourn.com
