Mohamed Karar is a student at the U of I (University of Iowa) studying Industrial Engineering and minoring in Business. He is a Forbes Under 30 Scholar and served as the President for the National Society of Black Engineers at U of I this past year. Mohamed is originally from Khartoum, Sudan and wants to work for a VC firm upon graduating. In this episode Mohamed discusses his career development, being a Forbes Under 30 Scholar, and mental health. He just started his internship with Goldman Sachs this month and will be back on the podcast at the end of his internship to talk about his experience.
