Voice acting game 💯💯💯
InCo is a really fun story with a great concept! I love the entire cast of characters but Sawa is my favourite <3
I've listened to sooooo many audiodramas, & honestly this has some if the most natural sounding dialogue I've heard!! she is a very talented voice actor, especially well done consider she's playing aaall the characters! definitely character focused, v deep understandings of trauma. lots of stubborn, traumatized characters trying to do their best & stop harmful familial cycles. very cute & funny & heartwarming, with sum pretty great sound design & phenomenal editing. this show needs more listeners!! faer other stuff is rly good too
One of those shows that I can't stop thinking about. The world-building and in-universe politics + fantastic characters + excellent production make it such a joy to listen to. Hatov is my blorbo and I will protect him with my life <3
Charming characters, believable character development, zippy dialogue, and good pacing. An engaging mini-fiction podcast made all the more impressive by the fact that it's all done by one person.
I am consistently so impressed by InCo. It's funny, exciting, and full of secrets to be uncovered. The acting and sound design is fantastic, and the writing is stellar. I can't wait to listen to more!
I've just listened to all of season 1 of this and I love it! Very intriguing and engaging characters, interesting world-building, and all around great story so far! I also went back to the website to check out the mini-sodes and love how they fill out some of the character backstories a bit more. This is all just very fun and impressive as hell that it was all done by one person. Excited to jump into season 2!
I love this show so much! It takes so much skill to deliver top notch sci-fi world building, character development and plot in often <5 minute episodes and it’s a ONE PERSON SHOW?! I actually dare you to listen without falling in love with all the characters. They’re all so perfectly flawed and it makes you root for them all the more. I’ve just started season 3 and I have no idea how it’s going to end!
A sci-fi comedy/drama with some adventure and mystery that follows a jaded information seller and the boy she finds floating in space who claims to be a prince from a thought-to-be fantasy planet. The two main characters' contrasting personalities allow plenty of room for banter and character/relationship growth. Every character is performed by a single person who gives each character a unique cadence and speech pattern to make them distinct, believable, and memorable. The average episode runtime is 8 minutes and packs in a good amount of character interaction mixed with plot progression and worldbuilding (the podcast's website also has some worldbuilding info that's worth checking out but not necessary to understand the plot). There are line deliveries every few episodes that are hard for me to make out; fortunately transcripts are easily accessible. Major themes include grief (loss and coming to terms with it), loneliness, and control of information.
Its just one person, how?!
I love this podcast so much! The characters are all unique and full of so much life and the story is engaging while full of twists and turns. This story has so much to tell and I can't wait to hear more!
InCo is the rare story with the ability to rip apart all aspects of your inner self, lay them bare, & reassemble them through the lives of other characters. The entire work feels like a vibrant & complex painting you can listen to. It also can't be understated this is all achieved by a single person performing every role of the cast & crew by themselves. ItMe!! is an inspiration & this show is a must-listen.
Excellently produced with incredible voice acting, distinct characterization, great chemistry between characters—all by one person, no less! The plot was engaging, the sound effects immersive, and the worldbuilding intriguing, plus the emotional beats really land. Easy to listen to as it comes in small bites. Even as a non sci-fi fan who struggles to listen to podcasts, I was hooked from the premise (love me a good platonic dynamic) and wasn't disappointed by the rest. InCo deserves lots more love. <3
