Emma Pallant-Browne discusses how she has shaken off the imposter syndrome to become one of the best triathletes in the world. The former U23 European Cross Country Champion switched to triathlon in 2012, but admits she felt out of place in triathlon for a long time. 'we were the first white people there and the kids would run along with us. "When I had my first bad race with him, he was really relaxed and that has rubbed off on me over time. If you have done the best you can leading up to a race and in the race, then you can't do anything about it. 'A happy athlete is a faster athlete. ."57:30 I feel like I am more balanced.
