Funny, fun, and absolutely worth a listen! The wonderful cast and story are creating quite the entertaining adventure!

I'm still just getting started (nearly ten episodes in! so far behind!), but have heard enough to give a solid opinion here:First, have to say that the premise of this homebrew campaign is very engaging. It's a great way to bring diverse characters in and force them together, and provides a great excuse for a series of equally-diverse tasks for them to complete. Super smart, lots of fun, and keeps me listening to find out how this competition will end. Whenever I start to wonder why these guys are sticking together (apart from meta-level all being PCs), I remember that their roommates, now, and that's honestly answer enough.Second, the intro and outro for this podcast is well-done and hilarious for every episode. Seriously love it!Third, the descriptive rules-lite gameplay is great fun to listen to, and keeps me going despite the rough audio quality. (On this point: yes, the audio quality of the actual gameplay isn't great - it's pretty compressed and can struggle with balance. However, the overall quality of the rest of the elements of this podcast absolutely overcome this issue.)I'll definitely be working to catch up with this one! Gotta see who the next emperor of the Lichstone Empire is, after all.

Hilarious antics and great group dynamic make this a great listen any time!

I've listened to a lot of storytelling podcasts in my time. All of which are at least an hour of content, and slow to start with their storytelling/hook. This show is not like that! I've never been hooked on a show within the first minute of listening. Let alone a 30 minute show.I was hooked onto this show within the first 2 minutes of listening. They are not very technical, and they go to lengths to make sure the game system is illustrated with storytelling, instead of reading game mechanics. Their humor is on-point.The players have this playful energy about them that lets you know they're great friends and they enjoy making this show. They occasionally break from the story and joke out of character...and its a wonderful reminder that you're listening to a game...a game that these folks enjoy non-stop. Its a great peek into a home-game these folks love to play.

I really enjoy this podcast. Everyone does actual play podcasts differently. I have enjoyed getting to know the players and DM a little bit. There are super people. If I hear a DM in another show say "make and intelligence check," the first thing that pops into my mind in the intro/outro of the show. And I love it every time!

Listening to this group of friends play D&D feels like I'm right there in the room with them as it happens. Their laughter is both contagious and genuine. If I could be in the room with 'em as it happens I would! Give them a try today!

I discovered this podcast through the TTRPG community on Twitter. This group of individuals make a great team and listening to them play DnD together makes it feel like you're sitting around the table with friends. They're all incredibly talented role players, all with a solid sense of humour and a tonne of goofiness to boot. The DM, Kyle, has created a wonderful world that feels like it's built upon by everyone in a truly collaborative game of DERNGENS AND DURGGENS.

I'm super obsessed with this podcast. Even if I have already listened to past episodes I go back to listen to them again and again. The characters, the story, the DM and the players, everything just clicks right away. I enjoy listening to a lot of TTRPG and Actual Play stuff but this one will always be my number one fave.
