In this "Just Jeff" episode I discuss the importance of taking breaks in life to reflect and reset including the misconceptions I see about doing this, the lessons I've learned, and how I've incorporated this into my life over the past few years. This episode will also be the last episode of 2016 as I am taking my own advice and taking a break from the podcast and social media until the new year to reflect and reset.
