Namaste all, the music seems to be flowing through me and coming from all directions these days! I'm finding this journey of being a medium of healing energies so fascinating. Today's meditation is on trying to rekindle the connection of universal consciousness. We are made up of 7 elements that form the universe, so why are we always shielding ourselves from our true nature? Our true nature is to love and send our love. I hope you enjoy this soundscape, there are many tones which might feel uncomfortable at times but this is who we are and yet there is harmony within. Enough of my rambling on haha
