Because of the current COVID-19 pandemic, most or all of us are walking in unfamiliar, scary territory. The phrase "stay positive" is used quite a bit, without specific suggestions on how to do so. I will provide you with a list of possible activities you can do to help you cope with all of the crazy that's going on.
I will then pause to thank all of the true heroes out there trying to keep us safe and provide us with some semblance of normalcy in these challenging times.
