Nicole Sanchez, an organizational culture and management professional with 20 years of experience. She holds an undergraduate degree from Stanford University, where she studied the history of race and class relations in the U.S.  Nicole also earned an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, with an emphasis on Organizational Behavior. 

A self-described “people and culture geek,” Nicole spent several years at the Kapor Center for Social Impact where she served as Managing Partner.  She has worked in both the public and private sectors on issues of engaging marginalized communities in education access, technology, and civic participation. Nicole firmly believes that all work should be enjoyable, fulfilling, and dignified.
