New Years Resolutions seem to do one of two things to the psyche. They either make you want to get your butt in gear – or they make you want to throw up a little in your mouth.

I think the reason half the people on earth are anti-resolution is because they are aware that 90% of all New Years Resolutions are EPIC FAILURES!

But it doesn’t have to be that way. In my decade and a half of Personal Training I’ve seen it all. Success. Failure. Anger. Frustration. Everything. And I’m here today to help you avoid the negatives and embrace the positives.
