New Years Resolutions seem to do one of two things to the psyche. They either make you want to get your butt in gear – or they make you want to throw up a little in your mouth.

I think the reason half the people on earth are anti-resolution is because they are aware that 90% of all New Years Resolutions are EPIC FAILURES!

But it doesn’t have to be that way. In my decade and a half of Personal Training I’ve seen it all. Success. Failure. Anger. Frustration. Everything. And I’m here today to help you avoid the negatives and embrace the positives.

In this Podcast I discuss how to avoid the pitfalls that cause Resolution destruction, and how to employ the proper strategies to succeed. It’s really simple once you know a few basic rules…5 to be exact!

So get ready to ring in the New Year with a game plan – a surefire way to achieve your fitness goals in 2015!

More specifically in this episode you’ll find out:

  • Why bringing in the fitness New Year overzealous will always backfire!

  • How to become consistent and win the race (think the tortoise vs. the hare).

  • Are there any shortcuts that actually work? Pills? Special workout programs?

  • What you can do to keep flavor in your diet while still losing fat.

  • What overwhelming hunger is really telling you…

  • How you can avoid fitness confusion and keep things simple and effective.

  • Why small goals trump big goals.

  • How you can use visualization to gain fitness success.

  • And much, much more.
