In this episode of the Full Disclosure Fitness Podcast my pal Scott Tousignant returns to discuss fitness, diet, bodybuilding and more.

This is Scott’s fourth time on the show (but in case you missed the first three), Scott is a Canadian Physique Coach and the founder of metabolicmasterpiece.com.

Scott is also a Natural Bodybuilder who has built a very impressive physique – so you know you can take this guys advice when it comes to body sculpting!
