As a Fitness Podcast host I get a lot of great questions from my listeners. So every now and then I take a show and answer them.
It’s always a blast to get into the psyche of my audience – and this episode was no different. In fact, I found 11 questions that were begging to be answered!
I go over some questions about my current nutrition and how to get rid of stubborn inner thigh fat. I cover questions concerning my current reading materials, weight lifting belts, and even what good books I’ve read lately.
While we cover a wide variety of topics in this episode, I think one thing remains clear and true – all of them will help you to expand the way you think about fitness. And that is really the most important thing – to keep learning, keep growing, and keep striving for the goal.
Without support and education we are nothing, just empty vessels waiting to be filled. Now I’m not saying I have all the answers (I most certainly do not) but I do strive to get better each and every day.
Be sure to stay tuned to the end when I make the official announcement of my new Online Training Business – iScienceFit – as well!
More specifically in this episode you’ll find out:
What percentage of body fat is best for health and well being?
How to find the optimal diet for your personal psychology.
Why the prescription for body fat loss might be different for everyone.
Why eating 100 percent “healthy” isn’t usually the best choice.
The scariest book I’ve ever read!
How you can burn inner thigh fat once and for all.
When weight lifting accessories like belts and straps are needed.
What books I recommend to transform you life and success.
If I would consider being a mentor to a new Personal Trainer…
