Restaurants continue to plan for a return to indoor dining, but as of this recording, it is still a “planning” exercise. Some have been able to take advantage of outdoor space to set up tables and service, but others are still relying solely on take-out and delivery. Patrice Sikora went back to Passaic County to check in with Steve Kostadam who owns and manages the Falls Kitchen in Little Falls. The last time he spoke with Jersey Jobs and Biz was in April. Since then prices have risen for food and the paper supplies needed for take-out and he tapped his savings to help pay rent. He says he is ready to open as soon as the governor gives the OK
