On today's Joshua T Berglan's Morning Gratitude, the World's Mayor interviews Jacki Malec! 

Jacki was born on the island of Puerto Rico with a name of Juanita Marie Alexanderson Baldridge, she has been building bridges to the “mainland ever since.” Being the youngest of 4 of a Chicago native father and an European mother born in Mexico City, it is safe to say she was born into a wealth of rich and passionate Love. Her father being of an adventurous spirit was involved in International business. 3 1⁄2 years after her birth, he moved the family to Costa Rica. Searching for Paradise- he found it in Newport Beach CA where their last move planted them for 47 years and counting. Jacki started Kindergarten speaking only Spanish in Newport Beach. This experience molded her Being, highlighting that there are Many ways of seeing the same thing and can be expressed in all different forms of communication and languages. She grew up in a loving, soccer, tennis, running, and high academic goal seeking family. Her two brothers graduated from UCLA and the London School of Economics. Her sister became an MD. Jacki followed her brothers to UCLA and rounded out her education at Chapman University receiving a Multiple Subject CA Teaching Credential. Jacki was passionate to “Change and heal the World” interviewing for a mission position in Belize. While still working on her credential she landed a Spanish speaking teaching position in Santa Ana CA- with an Emergency Credential. The principal gently reminded her that “Healing the World can start in your own backyard”. As fate would have it- Jacki realized the truth in that statement. She began teaching and falling in love with the little 1st graders. At the time finding and falling in love with her future husband! The Rest is HISTORY!

Jacki never made it to Belize. However, Scott and Jacki gave birth and raised four amazing Human Beings that have now taken the love that empowers them to Hawaii-1st born , Graduating from UH of Manoa.The United States Air Force , 2nd son. Happy to report 3rd born is a BRUIN! And the “Baby” is 5’9” - track and singer with unlimited talents.

Presently passed her Life and Health CA State Licence and created a business to advocate for educators as herself to our entitled benefits for retirement.

Wrote and published a book “The Way They See It~ Rebuilding Bridges for Teens and Parents” She is returning to her Island roots with the urge to Build Bridges to ALL Humanity. As Mr.Covey states “We need to understand before we can be understood.” the basis for her upcoming series. We all have that internal desire to “GET GOT”. Jacki is a student of the Course in Miracles and is Creating that Bridge from Essence to Essence one book of the Series at a time. She is also involved in an international project that is creating a proposal for a TV series pilot with the purpose to lead the viewer to enlightenment and to give voice to the voiceless as her book series.
