About Lori Shaw:

Lori Shaw left a corporate career and joined her husband Nick Shaw's company, Renaissance Periodization, back in September of 2015, when the business was poised for growth. After helping with customer service, strategy, apparel, partnerships, etc. in those beginning years, Lori now focuses solely on writing healthy macro-transparent cookbooks, sold on the RP website

There are 6 RP cookbooks available and Lori is working on her 7th now, which will be the first traditionally published cookbook, aimed at bringing recipe macro awareness to the general population.
