Best known from her national radio shows on the KIIS and Nova networks, Monty currently co-hosts the 3PM Pickup with Bec Judd and Yumi Stynes on KIIS.

She has also co-founded the website Show and Tell Online and has so much say on the power of tunnel vision, motherhood and what it's like to be a woman in the Australian radio industry.
