In Season 1,  Kaya Usher and her good friend Sandi Serling  enjoyed a series of sixteen in-depth conversations about Frequency work. This could be considered a foundational Class and is designed to give new members a good sense of what the  "Simplicity Platform" and the "Free To Be" consciousness is and how they experience it. 

In Season 2: Kaya and Sandi go deeper,  to push the boundaries of spiritual work even wider. This delves into living within the "Simplicity Platform". And the stuff (old programs) that pop up, and the opportunities these experiences offer us. 

This is Season 3 and Kaya and Sandi talk about going deeper (through Frequency Work), into nature, into ourselves, into our relationships, into all creation. The times may be challenging but everything is unfolding exactly as intended. The "New Consciousness" is upon us.
