This is a guided meditation for absolutely everyone. It doesn’t matter if you have practiced before or if this is your first time. It’s easy to follow along. You can perform this practice absolutely anywhere - in your home, outside, or even if you are out and about.
Focus on your breath. Be kind to yourself. And most importantly allow yourself to embrace the sounds which surround you, for these are the sounds of real life.
Embrace this practice in the best way that you can. 🙏🏽
