Such a fun and lighthearted podcast. I loved the sassiness of the kids with their dad. Also a terrific experience to share the generation gap in such a relatable way.
Seriously can’t get enough of this show. It’s so wholesome and enjoyable hearing their takes on films I grew up watching and also can’t wait to share the moments with my kids. I am telling you don’t sleep on this show!
This podcast is so easy to listen to and the episode listing is fantastic! I mean, their latest episode is CLIFFHANGER! They cover Aliens, Psycho, Crawl its like this list is picked for me! It's hard not to smile when you hear Andrew passionately setting up a film only for his daughters to playfully tear it down (yes, I'm talking about the Psycho episode!). I hope they keep putting these shows out.
This is such a fun show! The dynamic of the Dad/Daughter hosting is fantatsic and leads to some great conversation and generational takes on a wide range of movies - episodes are nice and short and always a lot of fun.High Recommend - this is one of my go-to movie podcasts!-MikeThe Rambling Geek podcast / The Heritage Film Club podcast
Andrew might be the parent here, but his daughters are the stars of the show! I love their unique takes on classic movies, and the fact that Andrew lets them experience all genres and gets their honest opinion. It's clear that this a close family, and it's wonderful to hear them all get together and experience film together, despite the girls' sometimes questionable taste. They don't like Big Trouble in Little China? Really?!
Love this podcast!!!!
The best podcasts start with a great idea, which this is.Topped off with a love and knowledge of films that bridges the generations, this is one of my weekly go to pods.
Love the idea. Love the kids point of view. Some great movies too.
What a Great show! Family fun for everyone. I love the banter. I can only hope my kids will want to podcast with me when they get older.
I can never condone someone exploiting their kids for the sake of world podcast domination, but for Andrew, I will make an exception. Andrew and I would like to think we're our respective podcasts main attraction, but it's the girls that steal the show! I just hope Isla, Nieve and Fiona never join forces... Keep up the fun-filled work! Ben
Such a fun show. I know that it started as a fun project during Covid, but it has become so much more. It always feels as though Dad is outnumbered, but isn't that how it's meant to be? Definitely, a really good show that I would recommend listening to. There is something to be said for listening to people analysing a film that they may, or may not, have seen before and then deciding why they watched it and if they'd watch again.
