We recently spoke with Darren Burgfeld. He is “Chief Human” with Humans of Cape . The project shares first-person stories along with photography showcasing people throughout the Cape Girardeau area and in Southeast Missouri. Darren tells us how the project got started, some of the more memorable stories he's been able to share so far and what the future of the project looks like after the pandemic has slowed down story collection.
