Yaroslava Franck is an Associate at Sayenko Kharenko in Kyiv where she specializes international arbitration, cross-border litigation and infrastructural projects.

She was a Top 1% student, receiving a special governmental scholarship to finish her Bachelor's & Masters Degrees with Honors at Taras Shevshenko National University of Kyiv.

Afterwards, she received a Swedish governmental scholarship for Future Global Leaders (Visby scholarship) and completed her Masters of Law degree at the Uppsala University.

She was the Vice President for Academic Activites in the Kyiv Chapter of ELSA - The European Law Students Association, a Team Coordinator at Anti-Corruption International, and an Organizer Volunteer for Conferences at the Kyiv Post.
