Luis Muchacho is the founder of Ciudad Cannabis and Mota Radio, a Portland based media startup focused on educating Hispanic consumers about legal cannabis products and the new green industry. Luis migrated to the U.S. from Venezuela after his successful media company was abruptly seized by the Hugo Chavez government and had to fled overnight to Miami or risk getting arrested.
