For today’s show we will dive into The Old Ways.

We have all been conditioned through out life. It is how we learn the follow the norms of society. To be conditioned means the act or process of training a person to do something or to behave in a certain way in a particular situation. Now you may be wondering why conditioning is so important? Well it is the very foundation of our episode today and if you can understand conditioning and how you were trained, you will understand that just as you were trained to do one thing, you can be trained, or train yourself to do another. I will start each episode in our 3 part series with this brief review to continue to re-mind you that you are in control and you have the power to shift whatever you would like in your life.
