After retiring to your apartment, you hear a mysterious noise outside- and then you hear the scream of an old woman next door. She could be hurt! You try to go in and check on her but you are met by the barking of a large ferocious dog, so you decide it's all for the best just to go to bed. In the morning, you're awakened by your new co-worker, Jeanine Kade, who escorts you to the Circo Tormentorum, a circus like prison complex that houses all of your potential patients. You meet with the Warden of the Circo, who then offers you a position on premises to watch more closely over your patients. You decide to decline this offer.
