This is a super special episode for me because I got to sit down with one of the first mental health podcasters I ever listened to, the amazing Bobby Temps from "Mental - The Podcast to Destigmatize Mental Health." Bobby and I had a great conversation that hasn't been highlighted on this podcasts before about body image, eating disorders and the biases that exist within gender in the mental health space.
