Today on the show we go into one of the biggest challenges crippling this country and many others, mental health, there are so many people today experiencing anxiety, depression and all matter of mental health challenges. If we are aiming to be leaders, it’s obviously important that we take care of our mental health. Personally, I have reintroduced morning meditation sessions after a break, because I realised that my old routine was no longer working, my thoughts were scattered and it really helps bring order to the chaos for me personally.

Luke McLean is the founder of I Am Worth More, a Not For Profit that brings the skills of mindfulness to high schools around Australia. On top of that he has just launched Mind Over Matter, taking mental health first aid into the work place to ensure, leaders and managers are well equipped to handle such situations. Luke is a likeable guy, with a deeply personal story and I am sure you will gain a lot from today’s episode.
