Today on the show we go into one of the biggest challenges facing the world at large, something that drives me insane. Do you ever feel like the modern work place does everything it can to squeeze the life out of you and essentially turn us into robots? This stems in my view from the belief our workplaces must be well oiled machines, that each of us need to take our place in the production line. Turn up 9-5, do your bit and leave. This might have worked in the 20th century, however the world is more connected and the impact of globalisation has forever changed the workforce. We are not robots, we are human beings. We all crave a sense of belonging, we all want to be appreciated and only the best workplaces in the world recognise this.
