A beautiful story Bill shares is about his football coach at Carriage Town Ministries.  Walking through the main entranceway his name was called.  Having spent the last 10 years on television he assumed that was why.  When the gentleman told him his name Bill said he was a "shriveled version" of his coach.   He said it was a moment that he realized at that moment that the people in the most need could be family, neighbors, and friends.

The way Bill shares about a shelter gives us shivers, in a most inspiring way.  "You Matter" is sometimes all they need to hear to move forward "just because somebody cared".

We did a quip about "Little Billy Hobson" and his story about starting off in commercials and how bad they were.   Fun story.  Bill said that "sparked" his path on being a communicator.  And the story of his father offering him his dealership and how his father responded when Bill said no is another great one.  Bill said, "he could have crushed me".  His father didn't.
