#032: This week marks the Spring Equinox (March 20) in the Northern Hemisphere. This means that day and night are equal in length and the new season is officially beginning. This time of year symbolizes the beginning of a new cycle and new life is beginning to "spring" forth! We are starting to see plants bud and blossom as the Earth awakens from Winter. This energy stirs up our own growth, fertility, and creation! So, how do we honor and harness such potent energies? I have a few tips and ideas on how to utilize the Spring Equinox energies to bring forth new growth in your life.
