The world health organization labels cancer as a growing global concern. Many are exposed to the epidemic through families, neighbors, friends, and community.  Currently, in North America, it's estimated by the National Cancer Institute, 1-in-2 people will be diagnosed with cancer, and more than ¾ of those will survive beyond 10 years after diagnosis. It is also estimated that 50 percent of survivors will experience lingering symptoms - depression, secondary illness, and fatigue. Only 1 percent of those suffering will obtain support for lingering symptoms.
