BEWARE OF LIVBAY LASH SUPPLIES!I’m in complete shock and disbelief regarding the immaturity and unprofessionalism of the employees and owners of this company. I placed three orders with this company and had issues with all three orders. My last order was never received during our busiest time at Christmas when we desperately needed the glue. The package was lost in transit per the post office. I contacted livbay and asked them to replace the order. The two people that I spoke with were extremely belligerent and rude and refused to help me. They simply said just wait for the package it will show up eventually whenever they find it. I posted a true and honest review here, Yelp and on Facebook regarding my experience (only After which I assume who is the owner of livbay continued to harass me via text message). They flagged my reviews on yelp as a conflict of interest and lied and said that I worked for the company which is not true and then called me and told me that if I did not remove my reviews on Google & Facebook that they were going to post fake negative reviews of my business every day until I removed my honest reviews of their business. They have made good on this promise and they have posted one negative review a day for the last three days. It is shocking to me that they would prefer to spend countless hours harassing customers and posting fake negative reviews of customers businesses then just being an upstanding, professional company that offers good products in a timely manner. Upon doing a Google search I found that on their website there is a blog entry in which they talk about how to fight one star reviews and they were saying that they get angry and fight fire with fire then hire people to post positive reviews to bury them. Wow! Unbelievable! So, LivBay is not only threatening unprofessional bullies but they are dishonest and get negative reviews removed or burried and pay people to write positive reviews. I am just in complete disbelief that livbay would try to ruin my business and deter clients from coming to my business, a business that I have spent 28 years growing out of integrity and honesty and I get fake negative reviews from a company that I posted a real factual review of who took my money and then treated me with complete disrespect and never delivered my product. Run far and quick from these people and do not give them any of your money! There is a reason why they have to do so many podcasts and blogs about how to deal with “haters” and “negative reviews”. It’s because they get so many of them because of their unprofessional behavior. Maybe be kind and professional and earn positive reviews. Ever think of that?
