Jill Stodard is a psychologist and book author who specializes in using ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help women change their relationship with anxiety and learn to live boldly. Her book is titled, "Be Mighty," a woman's guide to liberation, worry & stress using mindfulness and acceptance. Jill and I talked about how to "walk to walk," when it comes to living in line with your values EVEN when you are faced with a struggle like anxiety, stress, overwhelm, grief, loss, and all the other things life throws our way.
