America, a melting pot filled with diverse cultures, beautiful natural wonders, and a historic sense of exploration. Among the vast beauty of our wilderness, there also lies a more sinister side.  Throughout the ages, a haunting collection of nightmares and tales of the unexplainable have been passed down generation to generation.  Stories of a prehistoric bull-horned creature terrorizing a small town, a hidden village of dwarves where trespassers are captured and forced to live among them, and a bridge haunted by a dead bride keep us up at night.  Join us this week as we dive into some of the stranger urban legends from our home state of Wisconsin.  As a bonus, towards the end of the episode we discuss two other haunting mysteries related to Wisconsin, the Slender Man & the Smiley Face murder theory.

Shoutout to the Wisconsin band "Sunspot" for letting us play their Haunchyville song for the outro of this episode.  Sunspot has shared the stage with Saving Abel, Smash Mouth, Black Stone Cherry, Third Eye Blind, AWOL Nation, and Tantric.  They've also had music placements on the TV show Expedition Unknown with Josh Gates.  Visit http://sunspotuniverse.com/ to learn more about Sunspot!
