In Part 2 of our episode on the Lolita 1997 movie adaptation, we dig into America in the 90s -- a wave of movies full of teen girls as sexual demon, how The Long Island Lolita redefined Dolores to a new generation, and dive into the complex production and release of Adrian Lyne's Lolita.
I've never seen the movie. If the movie is so bad I got to wonder why the host wasted so much time talking about it. Seems like a waste of her time watching this film so many times and listening to this episode was a waste of mine. I would rather spend time listening to critiques of good works of art, not bad ones.
