Reviews of Lore
Always something bizarre to learn from this show. Sometimes off, sometimes creepy, but always top notch.

Lore was one of the first podcasts I listened to and it still holds up!

No references and highly dubious stories presented as fact

Horrible voice, no sources for any of the dubious """research""" (you have to pay on Patreon to see the SOURCES, LOL!)

Lore is a award winning podcast based on the scariest real life stories about the dark side of history. Hosted, created and produced by Aaron Mahnke Lore tells stories of creatures, places and people that should only live in our scariest and most twisted nightmares. The thing I love about Lore is that Aaron does an incredible job telling the story along with a well mixed audio backdrop I can spend hours listening to these stories from days gone by to even some more modern Lore stories. - Podcast Junkie

Well produced podcast about mythologies, and true stories from history that read like fiction.

Been listening to Lore for nearly two years and was super surprised it was picked up for a TV show. Great narration.

A look at both the history and the effects of myth, tall tales, and local legends on the human mind and spirit. I was reluctant to listen at night: but these are presented in a way that doesn't give me nightmares.

Aaron Mahnke is a fantastic storyteller. This podcast quickly becomes addicting. If you love anything haunting, creepy, historical and/or mysterious, then you'll love Lore.

Great podcast. Really like the narrative created in each episode. I'm not usually a horror fan, but I really enjoy Lore.
