Emilio Lozoya, a disgraced former international affairs co-ordinator for Mexico's ex-President Enrique Pena Nieto as well as the head of oil company Pemex, has been accused of taking bribes and has a warrant out for his arrest. In retaliation, Lozoya has released documents implicating many of Mexico's top government officials and three former presidents in the scandal.
