We are in the midst of some radical transformation and change in the world, and I know you’re all feeling it. Change is happening so fast that it may feel like you just want to hit “pause” and take a breath. Remember that this is happening for many people + you are not alone. For those of you who are going through something intense, where surrender may be an ally, we need to give ourselves permission to accept change. Just be kind, be gentle, and let yourself refine your life purposefully and gracefully.
