Amazing podcast, and clean! I love the plot and how it develops, and the characters are SO AMAZING. This has taught me so much about roleplaying, and has even inspired some parts of a campaign that I am DMing for me and my friends.

I've listened to numerous D&D podcasts, but MBH is my favorite. MBH builds a phenomenal immersive story that'll leave you at the edge of your seat while standing. While Paul builds this amazing world around you, his spectacular players genuinely make it seem easy to live in their characters mind. They build quirks into their characters that stick in your mind defining their personality. I made this account solely to praise the abilities and thank the cast. P.S. regardless of the opinion someone has of a character, that just means you made them feel something for that character. Also if this gets read on the show, Hi future me!

This podcast has grown to become my favorite podcast. Paul does a great job of story-telling and bringing things back that you may have overlooked initially. The players are all hilarious and are very enjoyable to listen to. You feel like you're sitting right at the table with them. And best of all, it's all family-friendly. Best DND podcast around. 10/10 good clean family fun.

I love this podcast! Everyone plays their part so well and the story is just so amazing! Paul your narration literally gives me the chills and it sucks me into the story. I feel like I'm actually there! I'm actually a story teller myself and I'll always looking for new ways to tell a story. Let me tell you and thank you for inspiring me with such bountiful creativity. Not only you but the whole cast as well! Simply amazing!

Make Believe Heroes is the only podcast a period would make sense in a five star review, it's the only Actual-Play podcast where the DM denies the existence of a very powerful orange Drachoncheli, and the only Actual play podcast that the player drive there DM crazy by pretending to play Bop-It.The Format is wonderful each season finishing off the story of the characters but still continuing the greater story of elevating the threats to Manumi.
