With experience in investments as well as construction, he has an investment portfolio of 2600+ units and is a General Partner of 672 units. Renato has worked on projects that ranged from hospitals to multifamily developments. He lives in Orlando, FL and enjoys traveling, skiing, and scuba diving throughout the world with his wife. 

Nina brings a unique perspective to the teams at Geromel Capital and Geromel Construction as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Athletic Trainer. Nina focuses on serving their real estate investors through enhancing the business process and communications. She also works with dancers online and is known as The Pointe Doc.
