Matthew Dayler: Before talking with Matthew Dayler my knowledge of Cincinnati consisted of four letters - WKRP. Turns out it’s is home to a thriving arts scene, a respected arts college and Matthew’s company, Chroma Projects, which makes large scale murals and installations.
