One-on-One was recognized with two New England Emmy Awards for Outstanding Interview Program (2008 and 2011), a New England Emmy Award for Outstanding Host/Moderator (2012) and in 2011 One-on-One received a prestigious Imagen Award in Los Angeles for its contribution to the positive image of Latinos in the US.
