The Astrologer was first published in 1899 in a collection of stories called The Tales of Terror!

Our Author- Dick Donovan making his second appearance. this is the nom de plume for J.E. Preston Muddock and is actually the name of one the authors most popular characters. Think of it this way if Sir Author Conan Doyle started publishing stories and the author was listed as Sherlock Holmes.
