#142 - One of my favorite past times is watching trail running YouTube videos. I found Jeff Pelletier while looking for decent trail running videos. Jeff not only makes great videos but he runs them while filming, and he runs pretty fast. This is not the easiest thing to do, but somehow, he makes it look easy. He lives in Vancouver and he has a rich variety of trails to choose from for his daily trail runs. He talks to us about his films, his races, including the Tour de Geants and what lies ahead. And you will want to watch his adventures after this episode! 

In Tales of the Trail, I go over the finals in four past races and that includes past guests on the show! I'm so happy for them!
