I am really enjoying this podcast. I love that Mayim may be a celebrity, but she comes across as completely accessible. I also appreciate that she normalizes talking about different mental health issues and is never judgy or preachy. I have never felt that the discussion is over my head, even though Dr. Bialik could easily speak over the heads of most of the listeners. The fellow celebrity guests also really add to the conversation by talking about their journey with mental health, but they never come across as complaining about how hard it is to be a celebrity.

Great podcast if you're interested in breaking the ongoing stigma around mental ill health. Mayim's style is fun and quirky, and her enthusiasm might feel a bit overwhelming at times. I love it - it's like listening to friends talking about their lives and their struggles with their mental health. Keep making more Mayim!!

I tried listening to the episode about anxiety and could not finish it. The arrogance was absolutely disgusting. Mayim tried to play it off like she was joking, but I don't buy that. She kept saying "it's not a competition... but I win." If you're trying to make people feel like shit, congratulations I suppose? 🤮 She also referred to herself as a celebrity. I mean, I guess, but she seems full of herself.

I am very grateful to Mayim fire this podcast. Not only does she talk about great topics, but by bringing up various mental health issues, it lets me know I am not alone. Plus, I love the banter between you and Jonathan. (Also love your LDS experiences)....
