Towards the middle of my third year in Residency, I had the idea to make this episode.

I wanted to get a bunch of tips and tricks from all my attending's and co-residents. What ended up happening was a little different than I planned. Unintentionally I switched the question I was asking from "what is a tip or trick you have?" to "what is your one bit of advice?".

What resulted is a mix of advice, tips and life lessons from some of my best friends and colleagues. 

Also, pardon the brief profanities, but hey, its the ER.
